Pros
This is supposed to be a twenty-word minimum, but I don't have anything positive to say except: decent pay for work that is not too challenging.
Cons
Management is immature and unprofessional. Interviews are deceiving; they will pitch the job as a great opportunity to make bonus and commission, but fail to tell you that the policies in place make it extremely difficult to receive said incentives. Within the first five days of working here, our training class experienced multiple incidents of sexual harassment from senior employees without any acknowledgment from upper management on the issue. The trainer antagonized some of the trainees and started verbal altercations without any prior problems from the trainees. Trainer also bashed other senior employees and subtly threatened the training class if we told anyone.
