I often describe ResultsCX as an 'established startup' - meaning every employee, from individual contributor to C-Suite, has a progressive and inclusive mindset. We're hungry for growth and open to change. Every employee is encouraged to think outside the box, find creative solutions, and take care of our people. When you work at ResultsCX, 'culture' isn't just a buzz word. It's in our DNA.
Cons
There are some systems and processes that are in desperate need for an update. That said, the company is well aware of every area of opportunity it has and I couldn't ask for a better group of people I'd rather solve these difficult problems with.
