Pros

-Its remote -They pay for your licensing -Good supervisors

- They give you the run around about your commissions DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T MIND BEING PAID THE CORRECT AMOUNT OR NONE AT ALL!!! - You don't receive that much from selling the insurance plans, your mainly just getting paid hourly which is 21 an hour but that's not nothing when they take out a crap load for taxes - Hard to reach HR about pay rate issues - Always have tech issues - NO JOB SECURITY I REPEAT NO JOB SECURITY !!! At the end of AEP they just fire you esp. if you didn't sell that many plans. - Get your licensing and move on to another company save the time from getting treated like crap. - Hard to sell insurance plans since they only hire temps, most of the temps don't know what they're telling people who are calling in, so you have to deal with mad people and clean up their mess. - READ ANYTHING YOURE SIGNING WHEN THEY SEND ONBOARDING PAPERWORK!!! THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT ON BONUSES AND COMMINSIONS P.S : At the start of AEP my WHOLE TEAM & I had received a email from one of the agents who worked in our site, and he was upset about the pay rate had quit and found another job since he's been selling insurance for many of years. I had brushed it off thinking they wouldn't do it to me...but unfortunately they did. You can do everything right for this company and they still won't allow you to receive what is owed to you.

It used to be a great place to work, but the culture has changed and layoffs seem to be the wave of the future.
