I've been trying to find a "work home" for the past 5 years and I hit the jackpot with this job. The team is genuinely invested in helping each other and are always ready to celebrate others' successes. They provide lots of opportunities for training and constructive feedback that ultimately have made me a better writer in a very short amount of time. I am able to manage my schedule balancing current clients with ongoing work that needs to be completed, and if I need help, I know I can ask for it. They do an awesome job treating clients with respect and patience, and are always focused on the end-goal of curating strong, quality materials that will get people where they want to be in life!

I honestly do not have any cons. My responsibilities are clear, our leaders communicate openly and often, and the team is incredible.

I couldn't find any decent part-time work anywhere else! - My manager is very flexible and accommodating to my schedule. - I get to have a positive impact on my community and actually help people. - The working environment is fantastic! Very inviting and everyone is willing to give advice and help out. - Great company events to build cohesiveness.
