      You will understand the true meaning of 'Transmedia'. You will learn a lot from all their wrongdoings. You'll learn the art of licking balls. If you're curious to know how it feels like to torture yourself, this is the place to be. If you're finding time to waste and those who would love to waste your life, this is it right here. Challenge yourself!

      Cons

      Experience double standards. Doing work out of your own job-scope. Weekends burnt. No overtime pay. Difficult to keep up with the amount of affiliates they have. That's it really. Not much cons.

      Pros

      Great vision. Great prospects. Great opportunities. Company grows at amazing speed. Need to keep up. Generous bonuses and increments.

      Cons

      Had seen through bad colleagues who take advantage of a kind and generous boss and management. They come in anytime they like. Don't produce results. Waste company's money. And make good colleagues do their work. They click like as though they are in school. This is the real world. Grow up!
