- Snacks are a 7/10 - Learning curve is quite steep, products are quite complex and business operations are extensive so there are a lot of moving parts to keep track of.

You are definitely challenged. It's great work but always busy. If you're looking for a punch-in, punch-out scenario odds are this isn't the best job for you. The company grows like 40% per year and we often run to keep up with the demand. You get to travel a lot if you like. We are in 9 countries, so I've already been to Europe and New York quite a bit.

It's not easy. I imagine the negative reviews are from former employees who just couldn't keep up with it. This job isn't for everyone but it is for people who like to work hard and be part of a winning team. The growth in the past year is unlike we've seen before. It's really exciting to be part of that and work with some of the best retailers in the world.
