Pros
In my department everyone was good at their job and made working with them a pleasure.
Cons
Some projects and teams lacked organization. Leadership sometimes has trouble keeping up with the rapid growth the company has experienced. This leads to confusion, slow processes and, a lot of scrambling to keep up. No process for annual raises and a below-average benefits and PTO package.
