Retail Consult has an excellent working environment with a hybrid regime, generally two face-to-face office visits per week, but teams have the freedom and ease to adjust each employee's office visits. In the office, there are often various activities during the day to create a good atmosphere among employees and maintain good relations between everyone. Overall, it's an excellent company that cares about its employees.
