Pros

Easy interview process, due to constant demand for employees

Cons

Inadequate Management: Retail-FCL suffers from a severe lack of competent management. It's clear that many of the higher-ups are not qualified for their positions. They often make hasty decisions without considering the long-term consequences, leading to a chaotic work environment. Micromanagement from the CEO: The CEO seems to have an insatiable need to micromanage every aspect of the company. This level of control stifles innovation and creativity among employees. It's as if he doesn't trust anyone to do their job without constant interference. Belittling and Condescending HR: The HR department at Retail-FCL is shockingly unprofessional. They have a knack for belittling and condescending employees, making it difficult for anyone to feel valued or respected within the organization. Their dismissive attitude towards legitimate concerns is disheartening. Poor Treatment of Employees: Retail-FCL's treatment of its employees is abysmal. The company seems to view employees as expendable resources rather than valuable assets. There's a pervasive culture of overworking and underappreciating staff, which leads to burnout and dissatisfaction. Minimal Flexibility: The company's approach to work-life balance is practically non-existent. They show little to no flexibility when it comes to accommodating personal needs or unforeseen circumstances. This lack of consideration for employees' lives outside of work is dehumanizing. Poor Employee Retention: Due to all the aforementioned issues, it's no surprise that Retail-FCL struggles with retaining employees. The high turnover rate is a glaring indicator of the toxic work environment and the company's failure to address employee concerns.
