I left and I've never felt better

I worked at multiple locations taking care of shopping centres, every manager would complain about everyone and would pawn there work that they have to do to someone elese. I'm honestly disgusted by how this company presents itself and how they treat there fellow employees. If I have the displeasure of ever working with this company again I will quit on the spot.

Clean and organised work location with decent employment benefits. Some good decent people to work with.

The Center managers in this company are given a lot of power and very often they are arrogant and borderline abusive to their staff. There is a lot of politics and bullying. It seems to be spread across the company.
