The management team are fair and approachable, and they're always happy to hear new ideas and suggestions. Many roles allow remote working and flexible hours. Learning and progression are encouraged.

As with all work places, there's always room for improvement. Retail Solutions does seek to improve the workplace through ongoing staff engagement and feedback, so any issues are always dealt with.
