Well, I am warning you! If you are joining this company or whatever it is then, you should, you must have some contacts like with celebrities or other rich people and if you are joining in Dubai location then, along with Indian celebrities, you have should have some contacts with people who are well-settled over there, some good, personal contacts or you will be conned by this company. They lied first when they said that the job location will be India, Dubai & Europe. They don't even have tea or coffee for the employees in the office & they will not believe anything you say specially if it's between you or their same community (Caste) employees as you have worked for...... but they have been working for 3-4 years with them! Please don't forgive or let things go if they said that it's okay. Let's start new! You have been warned! In a little bit short, what happened is that I joined this company as Personal assistant to the CEO and in the interview it was discussed that my work will be the usual one to manage calendar & making presentations and all that. But when I joined the organisation, nothing of the sort was there after a month or so! I was given the cold calling HR work and when it got over, I was given the work of personal shopping and that;s it! I was there and they were the giving my work to other assistant. When I asked "should I do it?", they said that "no she she will do it". They are very partial & mono-politic. I was the one who used to sit alone in the office for almost 2-3 months when no one was there and when I asked work from home they said no! And to the other person, each & everything was allowed. But I said years-2-3 times, they said that they are giving to anyone! Okay, in complete short, they have HR or HRs that are their either community members or friends or relatives, I don't know. But they don't say anything to them even if it's their fault. They will make it your fault. If I tell one incident, that too the last incident then, it was that my flight got preponed 12 hours and the HR was informing me like just - hours prior departure. How could I board the flight when I was out of station? I told her that as well and still she asked me to pay the money! That flight tickets and all that was supposed to be paid by the company. So, I said that the tickets are costing more than the salary. Then, how will I book the tickets? I even asked her to pay at least pay 50% then, also she said no! When, I asked her to talk to the management & she said that she have already spoken to her Then, I said okay, should I resign or what? She said that I must pay. The same thing! Then, I messaged my boss that as you already know about what's happening with the flight, I should resign & that's my final decision. And she said okay, as you wish. I thought that maybe she wanted me to resign with the behavior by not giving me proper work even when it's there or she don't know how to assign work. She even gave the coordination work to BDM but the work of BDM, she was not giving to her! Then, I messaged the owner directly that what is happening and he said please wait. I will check. But I got no response. Then, the HR called me saying that the company will pay. Then, again she called me saying that you asked for resign so we will follow the resign formalities. Well, the flight she booked before, same thing happened to it and it was the Dubai to my home town flight but I managed in that one as I could. They asked me to sign a cancellation paper that they will send through email and don't come to Dubai. I asked about resign and they started talking about how badly I behaved by asking to resign! And they have notice period for the people who want to work with them. So, they are terminating me and there will not be any notice period! When, I said that they are doing this wrong and what about my things in there then, they said that okay. You can come to Dubai on your own expenses, pack your things and go back and you will be given 1 month's salary as notice period but you can not come to the office like I was dying to enter their office where they don't even normal tea, or coffee for the employees. What I hated the most is their special hypocrisy! No notice period then, why did they said that there will be a three month notice period at the joining time! And this incident is a very short of what happened there! In between, you will be more of an assistant to the HR over there as she will ask for your offer letter, documents, a lot of times even when you have given it to her and that too on Sunday!
