Pros

Vacation days when you can take them. I used to love the culture of this company. Management used to care about us. Now it's all for show.

Cons

The company has changed over the last year. Management doesn't care about their employees. It is all about making money. The business strategy is always changing. Management does not communicate with the employees on important matters. People are not recognized for their hard work. They can't seem to keep good management. They continue to leave the company. Low pay for hard work.

Pros

Office building in a good location. Easy to get to.

Cons

The maturity level of the CEO and the CFO are noticeably deficient. This leads to cliques and unequal treatment. They don't really want to hear ways to improve - they just want to be affirmed. Concerned with the way compensation is treated - definitely a push to promote certain plans/companies over others based on contracts - meaning we weren't really focused on the needs of our clients. Have seen people pushed out who were very competent, but who didn't toe the "company line". Weird synchronicity with a local insurance broker who "used" to own a part of the company. Seemed like a great fit at first, and then the mask started to slip. Would not recommend. (At one point they were encouraging current employees to leave positive GD reviews to balance out the others. Have no idea if that is still going on, but something to keep in mind.)
