Pros
They are working closely with customers and have fast and effective development cycles to push the product to become better every day. There are tons of flexibilities when it comes to utilizing new technologies and introducing new ideas. Last but not least, there are at least twice per week company wide trainings to empower everyone to better understand the product and business as such.
Cons
There is not a lot of cons in this company. The biggest one might be that we try very hard to do regular team days, but it is getting difficult, because of a remote setup.
