Pay could be better, incentives are nice

- An ethical company, product, and mission - Excellent culture and friendly team - Amazing benefits (employee discount, gym membership, training budget, unlimited vacation, etc.) - Relatable and easy-to-reach leadership who are fair, highly involved with the interview process, and clearly care about their business and employees - Open and thorough feedback system - Highly diverse, global team - Fair on salary and flexible/reasonable negotiation

- Maybe some more transparency from top management down, but there is an active attempt already to improve this - Some limitations on upward mobility, but this is a temporary issue as the company keeps growing
