Culture of arrogance with no depth of knowledge to back it up. Very limited knowledge base and flow of knowledge from top to bottom. Inflationary salary increases are standard. Company seems to be struggling since all bonuses were canned and over a dozen people retrenched. Some hired less than 6 months previously.
