Low pay for poor communication and toxic work environment. - Retail Worker Retrofix Games Employee Review

In my opinion the pay was too low and the culture was too toxic to make this a positive experience. I believe the owners had very poor communication while having very high expectations. Questions were oft treated with disdain, the owner would constantly watch us over the cameras while we worked, message employees frequently off the clock to berate them, and onced yelled at me for "not communicating" a problem I knew nothing of. At the end of the day, the owners only cared about their own profit, and the employees were nothing but a disposable means to that end. Be very wary of working here.
