Pros

My internship at Return on Web has been an incredibly rewarding journey. The company offers a positive and supportive work culture that encourages learning and collaboration across teams. One of the biggest highlights of my internship was the hands-on exposure to PPC tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics, which helped me build a strong foundation in performance marketing. The mentors at ROW are extremely knowledgeable and approachable, always willing to explain in-depth concepts and industry insights. I also had the opportunity to interact directly with clients, which gave me real-world experience in handling campaigns and understanding client expectations. What sets ROW apart is the chance to explore various domains like SEO, sales, and creatives, making it a well-rounded place to learn the entire digital marketing ecosystem. The projects are not just theoretical but involve solving real-life marketing challenges, which adds immense practical value to the learning. Overall, Return on Web is an excellent place to gain hands-on experience, grow professionally, and deepen your understanding of the digital marketing industry. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to kickstart their career in this field.

Cons

We had work from office from monday to friday, but never felt the stress of the deliverables as I could finish my personal work on weekends

Pros

If learning exponentially in Digital Marketing and growing is your motive, then this is the best place for you. One of the best things here is that you get hands-on experience, a good team, and nice people to work with. Unlike MNCs, there are no fixed tasks distributed throughout the month due to the very nature of the business model. And this is where adventure kicks in. If you enjoy and can manage a fluctuating workload, this is going to be a cakewalk for you. The environment, the people and the tasks are good, you just need to be willing to enjoy this roller coaster ride. I would suggest you if you are just starting, start with ROW.

Cons

The KT could be better. The company should be more employee-focused.
