Pros
I love that this is a job that can be picked up at a whim. If I need to take a day off I can. I have the ability to choose which jobs I work on. I get an hour to unclaim a job without penalty if it isn't going well. They pay is decent if you don't lie to yourself about your ability to type quickly and accurately.
Cons
They have added a new style for some of their files. It takes longer to make corrections than to just transcribe the file. Dropped from top ranking status because of previous error, they don't grade enough files to get back up from average rank to top ranking where the best/most files are.
