Pros
Decent pay. They have a tiered pay scale too so you can make more money if you learn more jobs Opportunity to work in many different departments and lean multiple skills Oppurtunity to advance Family type of enviornment, the people you work with are typically great. They just started doing bonus too
Cons
Management can suck. It seems like they can never figure out how to run that company. Hours can be unstable depending on which department/shift you're on. Also the season plays a big role too, during our busy time expect overtime and plenty of it, during our slow time it can be hard to even get 40 hours. Overtime is always expected but it can be last minute too before they tell you, which makes scheduling anything hard.
