Pros

I absolutely love the environment here. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and fun. I get along great with the whole team. I also love how willing all of my coworkers, and especially management, are to help out. Its also a great environment in that everyone encourages collaboration and growth, and we motivate each other. There is a ton of potential at revsource you just have to work for it. Also, personally, I have had to pick up night/weekend shifts to keep myself afloat ( there are a few of us doing more than one job right now so its no big deal) I genuinely believe that sticking with this place and putting in the effort will truly pay off in the long run.

Cons

It is a LOT of self-motivation here at revsource, as is anything with sales. I never did fully phone-based sales before and its no small task to hit the phones for 8 hours a day. Thankfully for me, about the time you would "burn out" on anything, you start running demos/learning more about the space so it breaks up the monotony

Pros

This is a true start-up in an industry with tons of opportunity. I have felt more heard and understood at this company than ever in my professional career. I feel lucky to be able to exercise my skills and to communicate ideas to my team and CEO freely. Everyone wants to grow, move forward, and create something positive. It's fun.

Cons

The company is small and growing, so if you're looking for corporate structure this is not the place. We make our own success.

Pros

Some of the best things about working here come down to the people and the environment. It is a great group of people who love collaborating and continually improving the process as a team. I personally thrive in a competitive team dynamic where everyone is positive and constantly looking out for each other. Too many places talk about their culture, whereas this place lives it. Contests are nice, but having the whole group go out for karaoke and sushi one day and then running a three month Vegas competition the next is awesome.

Cons

It's really cool to be able to help build a process, but it definitely requires additional creativeness and work that you wouldn't have to focus on at a larger company like Dell or Microsoft.
