Pros

Promised a career with a growing company

Cons

1099 employee - misclassification, required to work 40 hours a week without pay! I worked 4 months and never received pay. Have spoke with an attorney to be compensated minimum wage that is required by law. The other sales reps who are working without pay, I encourage them to do the same.

Thank you for your feedback! Please reach out to our management team to discuss details of your concerns and ensure you’re reviewing the right company. We’ve checked our books and found no record of any contractors having not been paid in full for their work/deliverables, requirements for contractors to work set hours, nor anyone working for 4 months without pay. You may want to reach out to us in January 2018 when we will be hiring full-time, W-2 roles, and also offering some of our better performing contractors to join in the same capacity.

Pros

This is a true start-up in an industry with tons of opportunity. I have felt more heard and understood at this company than ever in my professional career. I feel lucky to be able to exercise my skills and to communicate ideas to my team and CEO freely. Everyone wants to grow, move forward, and create something positive. It's fun.

Cons

The company is small and growing, so if you're looking for corporate structure this is not the place. We make our own success.

Pros

I absolutely love the environment here. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and fun. I get along great with the whole team. I also love how willing all of my coworkers, and especially management, are to help out. Its also a great environment in that everyone encourages collaboration and growth, and we motivate each other. There is a ton of potential at revsource you just have to work for it. Also, personally, I have had to pick up night/weekend shifts to keep myself afloat ( there are a few of us doing more than one job right now so its no big deal) I genuinely believe that sticking with this place and putting in the effort will truly pay off in the long run.

Cons

It is a LOT of self-motivation here at revsource, as is anything with sales. I never did fully phone-based sales before and its no small task to hit the phones for 8 hours a day. Thankfully for me, about the time you would "burn out" on anything, you start running demos/learning more about the space so it breaks up the monotony
