Great team, don't trust leadership - Anonymous employee Reveal Group Employee Review

Pros

Team are fantastic, some of the smartest and most dedicated people in the industry. Knowledge sharing was normal and the vibe between everyone was almost always positive.

Cons

Leadership (C-Suite) failed to pay superannuation, promised bonuses and never delivered, would comment on how successful the business is, "trust us we will get you your entitlements" then liquidated the business. Most of the Australian business were short changed tens of thousands of dollars each. Clients left with half completed projects. It wouldn't be so painful if the COO wasn't toting expensive handbags and shoes. Companies collapse, but how they treat their team in the lead up and post is what shows the true nature of the C-Suite. Absolutely disgusting.

Pros

The people here are the best. They are passionate, friendly, and smart. We have mid year and year end reviews that keep us on track and help each of us continue to grow the way we want to grow. We also get to work on some very interesting projects (Gen AI, IDP, advanced managed services). We were even just named Blue Prism Partner of The Year, which again speaks to how talented and capable our team is. Many of the negative reviews here are upsetting to read as they are categorically false. We are inclusive and reasonably transparent. It’s unfortunate people find it therapeutic or righteous to post lies and exaggerations on this platform when if they had any validity, would have been brought up with management while they were here.

Cons

Being a small company is mostly a blessing but also has some of the typical drawbacks small companies face (limited benefits apart from salary). We’re hitting an inflection point where we need to scale up.
