Pros
The people here are the best. They are passionate, friendly, and smart. We have mid year and year end reviews that keep us on track and help each of us continue to grow the way we want to grow. We also get to work on some very interesting projects (Gen AI, IDP, advanced managed services). We were even just named Blue Prism Partner of The Year, which again speaks to how talented and capable our team is.
Many of the negative reviews here are upsetting to read as they are categorically false. We are inclusive and reasonably transparent. It’s unfortunate people find it therapeutic or righteous to post lies and exaggerations on this platform when if they had any validity, would have been brought up with management while they were here.
Cons
Being a small company is mostly a blessing but also has some of the typical drawbacks small companies face (limited benefits apart from salary). We’re hitting an inflection point where we need to scale up.
