Only Downside - too much work

Your co-workers will most likely be cool, capable, pleasant...unsuspecting first-timers like you. On a crew of approximately 50 people, only 8 returned from the prior season and 2 of the 8 quit before season's end.

The rate was awful to begin with, approximately 50% less than the same gig at other production companies, but the hours were reminiscent of the Industrial Revolution. I signed on for a 40-50 hour work week, but worked 7 days/week with no days off for 3 months straight, averaging 75-90 hours/week...with no overtime pay whatsoever. All told, I could've made as much money and worked less glueing soles into Air Jordans at a Chinese Nike plant. Crews are grossly understaffed, overworked and underpaid.
