Pros
Working with Staff in house was good. The atmosphere was casual and upbeat most times. Each department communicated very well with other. Updated daily of activities and expectations.
Cons
Corporate only looked at numbers and image was everything. They didn't care about the employees. Expected employees to cover other jobs that were understaffed without compensation. Worked every Holiday if you weren't management.
