Pros

Freedom to “make your own schedule”

Cons

Scamming people with pricing for just refacing a cabinet, when they can build a whole new quality kitchen elsewhere for much less.. They can send you very little to no leads in any given week. So don’t trust this to be your only job.. I constantly drove 2 hrs away to places where other designers were located.. They’re totally getting over, as a sales rep they won’t pay you a dime, you’re paying for gas, whatever things you need for the job itself, getting lunch, wasting your time etc. while they lose NOTHING and give you nothing. Such a high turnover rate because they step on the “little” people that are working hard and don’t bat an eye.. This company should be ashamed!

Pros

They pay for your hotel stay during 2 weeks training and issue $150 per week during the training. After that your commission only and get $20 for every 5 star google review.

Cons

1. **Significant Travel Without Proper Lead Qualification**: The job requires extensive travel, including driving two hours across state lines, often to leads that have not been properly qualified. Issues include leads where prospects are not home or have home values under $200,000. 2. **No Reimbursement for Travel Expenses**: Employees are not reimbursed for gas or toll expenses incurred during travel. 3. **Inability to Follow Up with Prospects**: If a deal is not closed during the first appointment, the lead is reassigned to another representative, resulting in lost commission opportunities. 4. **Unprofessional Management**: Management practices are unprofessional, including degrading employees for not adhering strictly to the script. 5. **High Turnover Intentions**: The company hires large groups of employees with the intention of terminating up to 80% of them. 6. **Misleading Lead Promises**: Despite promises of at least nine leads, employees often receive only five, three of which are typically unqualified. The call center is required to meet a quota for lead assignments, often resulting in time wasted on unqualified leads.
