I have loved working at RPC while still in school. They have given me a ton of support while allowing me to have creative freedom while working on projects.

Less structured than other internships.

Remote work - if you're a self-starter and get things done with little involvement from others it's good for you.

Low salaries (20% less than market across all verticals), false promises of bonus and raise structure, lack of management and direction, multiple failed business ventures that fall onto the rest of the company, small teams with no promise or understanding of improved workload/team expansion/better work conditions, no accountability for management and their constant mistakes and the blame continues to get pushed down onto the ones truly doing their jobs. Overall, everyone at the top is insistent on "changing for the better," but are terrified of what that actually means for the business.
