Decent salary, but not worth it on a personal level.

The company's management has many deficiencies in management and communication with employees. The company sells itself as a young start-up with a good working environment, but in the day-to-day reality it is not (except in the technology they develop), it is all just a kind of representation to investors. There is a lack of transparency from management to employees on the company's strategy due to lack of trust, the level of pressure is excessive sometimes and there are many mood swings of some of the managers that border on bad manners and affect the working environment. I absolutely do not recommend working for this company.

You will get to work with great people who hold great talent. Company has a good vision & great technology for Fraud Prevention and Detection

Still needs to grow as needs to move from Start-up to a more mature org. This can be seen in internal processes.
