Chaotic, inefficient - Product Designer Revelock Employee Review

Decent salary, but not worth it on a personal level.

The company's management has many deficiencies in management and communication with employees. The company sells itself as a young start-up with a good working environment, but in the day-to-day reality it is not (except in the technology they develop), it is all just a kind of representation to investors. There is a lack of transparency from management to employees on the company's strategy due to lack of trust, the level of pressure is excessive sometimes and there are many mood swings of some of the managers that border on bad manners and affect the working environment. I absolutely do not recommend working for this company.

It is not a bad place but it was very normal to have to do job after normal working hours and and the end of the day, because something has to be deployed / developed now.
