Pros
There really aren't any pros to share with you other than lunch for free one day a week-if they still do that I don't know! Wait!!!!!!! The CEO is actually the man!! Really liked him, but didn't work with him so I LEFT!!!!!
Cons
The collegiate atmosphere and the 800 dogs one must continuously step over to get to an office space or simply to go to the bathroom! This place is a kiddie camp! The promote a young staff to pay them very little to work a lot! The staff is all around 24 or so and rarely do you see anyone over the age of 30 other than a high level employee! They promise the world, but don't deliver!!
