We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. We hear over and over how great our people are. Very smart. Very talented. Very fun! Our Team definitely make RA a special place to be. While we certainly have high-volume times, I am surprised by your note regarding long hours. I continue to hear that our work life balance has dramatically improved over the last 18 months.
