Cons
I would not recommend that anyone joins the media customer success team. There is high burnout due to micro-management, working long hours to support a product that's more focused on new features than maintenance for what exists, no clear career path or support from media leadership, short fuse from the media leadership, and the feeling that you'll never be smart enough to support the leadership. The company leaders and HR know that the media group has high burnout and churn driven by the media leadership and don't seem interested in remedying it. HR doesn't have your best interests in mind, just the company's. (though very little of the HR team is still there). HR's reasoning for a 2 week Paternity Leave and not extending to match similar industry standards: "We have too many men having too many babies to give them longer paternity leave"
