Pros

I was entrusted with this role and played a key part in defining its responsibilities from the beginning. I thrived in a flexible work environment but was always willing to put in extra effort to get the job done. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with an incredible team of peers, managers, and leaders. This was a fully remote position.

Cons

The role's evolving duties eventually outgrew my compensation.
