Pros
The work is relatively straight forward and easy, making time management and execution a simple task once you get in a groove. If you have basic computer skills and can adjust to a pretty low learning curve, you'll be able to succeed and have job security. Good pay for what it is (though it has significantly decreased since my departure). Lot's of time to listen to music/podcasts if you are a more isolated person.
Cons
At the same time, the work is very monotonous and robotic. It is essentially data entry that does not have any variety of dynamism whatsoever. Office culture and environment is pretty dead, nobody really talks and everybody appears to be a bit timid. Elevating the baseline of people brought on and paying a bit more will result in a better workforce + service. No room for growth with a few very rare exceptions. You will basically be doing the same thing for the duration of your tenure, which is fine for some people. Upper management often presents problems with no solutions or guidance and communication is often misguided/uninformed between departments.
