The people who work here are impressive. They're whip-smart, they're kind, they're curious, and they care very deeply about what they do. The company is growing. It's like a big, gangly puppy that's all feet, which means that it will sometimes trip. The raw talent and drive to be great are in place, but processes are still being hammered out. This is a positive if you're interested in building career experience.
