Pros
They tend to hire affable, motivated people who are a joy to work with. The management is nice and friendly, and listens to employees on things that aren't related to paying us more.
Cons
Currently there's a lot of turnover because there is no opportunity to get pay increases and the tips are bad because most of the orders are online. The ownership seems to be much more focused on expanding the franchise than keeping their longtime employees.
