Pros

As a Whole Company: - Diverse team members. - Weekly icebreaker meetings. UI/UX Department: - All leave requests are typically approved without issue.

Cons

As a Whole Company: - Take some time to get responses from other team members regarding your task concerns. - On my last few paydays, salary delays contradicted the company's claim of never delaying payments. UI/UX Department: - There is unnecessary drama and resistance to suggestions. - The environment is heavily micromanaged. - Design decisions are often authority-based rather than collaborative. - Lack of genuine user research results in designs not being user-centered. - Instances of false accusations, such as being accused of working for other clients despite working extra hours. - Biased work environment where junior employee insights are often disregarded. - Discussions about accessibility design are not taken seriously and are sometimes mocked. Final Note: Employees planning to leave should be aware that the company might deduct the cost of remaining HMO days/months from their final salary, regardless of the amount.

Pros

Great work culture Good pay Work-life balance Excellent leadership Many opportunities

Cons

Not exactly a con but be ready to feel start-up culture, things are a bit chaotic, in term of code base and structures... however it is given for any startup scaling at this pace.

Pros

Startup energy mixed with a heavy dose of industry experience. Very supportive both in and out of the "job". Exciting to help customers solve a problem that has been around for as long as pdfs.

Cons

Team overseas works at different hours, sometimes makes it hard to collaborate.
