Where do I begin? Managers: - I personally didn’t get along with my manger and was the overall reason why I had left. - micromanagement - passive aggressive comments - humiliation - work bullying - sabotage ( i believe my manager had a personal problem with me as she would constantly sabotage me in my day to day task and it would be a reason for my probation to be extended or to not be given more challenging task in the future. - each manager works on an individual basis ( if you get a great manager, you will excel! If not, then good luck) - I constantly found myself been given negative criticism and which overal demotivated me - after months of trying to work this out with HR and other managers no amendments were made to make my journey at revolution any easier. - I was not even completing my job description I would often be in the storage room cleaning and sorting as that was the only task my manager had for me. Revolution as a company - lack creativity it’s all about duping products with no care or ethics at all - lack of organisation- constantly working in a high level stress environment when all you need it organisations in place to run developments much smoothly - diversity is a marketing scheme and the company does not reflect it - as a poc I really struggled with being accepted as a poc especially with my POC issues. I often felt like negative stereotypes were place in me e.g. I once had to leave early for a family emergency and as I did not want to go into details and I looked “happy” I was not believed and my probation period extended with no goals put in place to achieve during that time to achieve with the extension of my probation period.
