Excellent culture - Senior Consultant Revolution Group Employee Review

One of the best MSP, Salesforce and ERP organizations out there. They are forward thinking, smart, fun and know their lines of business very well. Back in 2015/2016 I took the organization from about 20 employees to about 65/70 in about a two and half year span. Makes me happy to know - someone of those folks are still working there almost a decade later.

Benefits were sometimes a challenge when trying to recruit talent coming out of larger more enterprise organizations - I do know that they have worked on this every year - to improve and expand their offerings.

This job is the most Micro Management company I have EVER EVER worked for. It's EXTREMELY STRICT!!! AGAIN EXTREMELY STRICT!!! They try not to give you any bonuses and they are very hard to get along with. They will take points off if u add a word or don't say a word in the script. Even if u miss 'the' or "and" anything. I don't know why people work here. I had to go ASAP. It's going to be so hard for them to keep anybody. Did I tell you they are EXTREMELY STRICT!!!!!
