Coordinations between the internal team is bad

Whatever reviews are given here are not real and are inappropriate. I have been working for Revuesoft for more than 4 years and I am willing to continue too. I have started my career with Revuesoft as a fresher and I have completed my training and am leading the testing team now. I have seen a lot of transformation in my attitude, behavior, way of working after I have started working in Revuesoft. The management is very friendly and I can bet that other companies will not have such no pressure environment. They organise games to refresh the employees so that they can work more efficiently. They themselves manage so many things in the office and what wrong in supporting them like watering plants etc., Does it mean the employees are treated like slaves. I started as a fresher and today i am leading a team. If they were troublesome would I have continued there. The people who have written negative comments about the company gave wrong information and updates to the client and created issues many times. That is when the management intervened and solved the matters.They have organised a team holiday to Chennai too. Did they write about it. The person who wrote about the client INX is involved in data theft and has created a mess with the client. When action was initiated this is what they do. Write wrong reviews about a company.

There are no cons as per my view. They provide lot of opportunities to use our talent and encourage to develop in our careers.
