      Pros

      If you're into consumer insights in the cpg world the company's products are cutting edge and truly innovative. Fast idea to implementation culture. You will learn a ton in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      Fast comes at a price - data integrity issues, half baked solutions, product glitches. Fire to rehire culture. Despite product uniqueness not enough clients and struggle to find a market fit. AI is a real threat. Executive pressure can occasionally lead to toxicity.

      Pros

      Good people, hardworking team, no infighting that I experienced

      Cons

      Startup pains that include: trying to scale up their team, trying to scale up the software, trying to cross sell and monetize software, trying to figure out GTM and marketing strategy/channels. Software (consumer reviews analysis) is too niche, don't see wide adoption or growth within existing userbase.
