Pros

No Pros at All. Company is filled with people who have absolutely no talent and can only work by speaking and selling themselves.

Cons

The office space is cramped, the technology used is legacy, they aim to copy global ECom strategies, no creative thinking, dimwitted CEO and a bunch of leadership people who have absolutely no knowledge on how to operate an organisation, pathetic staff, no respect for individuals, no loyalty, make you work like slaves for clients and get nothing in return, slacky HR who does not even come to the job and operate from remote locations while vacationing, no funding. All the money which comes in goes into the CEO's expenses of booking first class / business class flights for "tours" and "vacations". No strategy at all and no vision in terms of what's expected.

Pros

Depends on which Team you are in.

Cons

Over time, the work culture in the organization has significantly declined. There is no appreciation or recognition for the efforts of sincere and high-performing employees. Promotions and appraisals often appear biased, with little transparency or alignment to actual performance. The environment is highly stressful, with unrealistic work pressure, long working hours, and no work-life balance. Employee well-being is not prioritized, and there are no fun or team-building activities to boost morale. Internal politics and a blame-oriented approach further contribute to a toxic atmosphere, making it difficult for teams to collaborate effectively or feel motivated. I sincerely hope the leadership takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a more transparent, fair, and employee-focused workplace.
