Pros

Work from home, which allows you to make own schedule. This is monitored highly by Salesforce activity, which is compared weekly to your team members.

Cons

Company only cares about employees selling cash at a 50% rate, which is not competitive. Employees are told to build the value of the marketing product to appear competitive, but it is unrealistic.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

Cons

Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
