Pros

Met some really nice coworkers. All you can drink coffee, although really bad coffee.

Cons

No room for growth. Some of the workers there I have spoke to, have been in the same position for years. People are generally unhappy working here. When I left for another job, some were begging me to take them with me. Lots of yelling. They believe yelling will solve all issues. Especially if you yell louder. The owner throws tantrums, crazy tantrums. Really rude and demanding. No praise or reward for doing something right, but one mistake, and your gonna hear it. Even if it wasn't your fault, you get yelled at.

Pros

Absolutely no pros. The environment is toxic & I cannot even pick out 20 words to describe it as anything but.

Cons

The CEO throws multiple, daily temper tantrums & is enabled by a group of severely miserable people (upper management) who agree to take it & then turn around & dish it out to lower levels. He hires all young girls for the design room, severely mistreats all employees (screaming & ordering you to work longer hours to "fix" things that aren't even a problem) & keeps all entry level employees at below poverty wages ($20k fixed salary no overtime) for full time positions that they were educated for & will never move up from. Fortunately, I was able to find another position But the day I quit the CEO screamed at me, told me I was making a huge mistake & then proceeded to have me escorted out of the building. & did I mention I was only an assistant level??
