      Pros

      They will hire anyone due to turnover. Great place for new people to build their resume and then move on.

      Cons

      Safety culture is horrible, HR is even worse. Some really good managers - most are just holding on till retirement. Working conditions for people in the field are less than favorable and the company really doesn't care to give the workers the resources needed to be safe.

      It is a really good place to work with a highly supportive environment. The coworkers are great, team-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.

      Good pay decent benefits plenty of good coworkers

      Very dirty old facility’s . They don’t care about people you are just a number. Hr is judge jury and executioner. I was falsely accused of something and terminated. I never got to defend myself. I was called to management’s office told there’s an anonymous report on me and told to go home unpaid. After an investigation where I was unable to defend myself, I was terminated without ever being able to see my accusers because they were anonymous. This is what they do to you after almost 24 years of dedication to the company no prior disciplinary
