Thank you for your review. As you mentioned, our compensation packages are indeed strong - inclusive of comprehensive health benefits that start on day 1, a retirement savings plan with an employer match, parental leave, wellness resources, leave programs and much more. We understand how important proper compensation is to retain the best people, and Reworld™ is committed to remaining in the forefront of this important area. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees. Due to the nature of our work, frontline employees regularly rotate shifts to ensure adequate shift coverage and distribution. That being said, we are currently undergoing a shift optimization study to review our current shift schedules and identify potential alternative scheduling options. We encourage all employees to share concerns with their manager, HR or through our anonymous employee hotline at 1-800-267-7115. Thank you in advance.
