Pros

Uncapped income potential for the right person. Women tend to have an advantage as potential clients are less defensive from the start of the presentation as opposed to a man entering a home. The product is one of the best on the market hands down.

Cons

Network marketing, high-pressure sales, typically working with some undesirable individuals (addicts, uneducated, unemployable) and tend to prey on newcomers to the country. Price is a factor in every demo and usually sold on the "Get it For Free!" program which in my experience is less than a 10% payout of customers who actually attempt the equity program.

Setting up, Displaying Products, and working at vendor events is a lot of fun and you get to meet a lot of new people.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the company.

Family type atmosphere. Company lunches

Cons

The wrong people are being let go and toxic people are rewarded for being toxic. I used to believe that this would be my end game for retirement, but bad decisions keep being made.
