If you are someone who expects to be treated with respect and dignity at work, this is not the environment for you. There are no real career growth opportunities — leadership appears more focused on replacing human roles with AI than on investing in their teams. There are no meaningful benefits, and the company culture fosters overwork rather than support. Speaking up for yourself often leads to retaliation rather than resolution. I strongly advise others to think twice before joining.
