Cons
Where do I even begin.... I have no idea why this company has a 3.4 rating. I am convinced the positive reviews are all fake. - NEPOTISM: Just like other reviews have stated, upper management are the face of the company and are relatives. No one holds these individuals accountable, openly yell at colleagues in front of everyone, and never accept criticism. HR is useless at this company. - LACK OF SUPPORT: Higher management will not support any of their employees and will actively make you fail and think this is how you will learn to grow at the company. It leads to high turnover and employees becoming frustrated. - UNPROFESSIONALISM: No customer support whatsoever. The customer is always the problem, never the company. Failure to take ownership in mistakes as a company and logo should be "the customer is always at fault and wrong." Good luck building and keeping high value relationships with customers with this outlook. - HIGH TURNOVER: Employees never last 1 year and constantly hiring for the same roles. Overall, there are many small companies through out Silicon Valley that you will be more than satisfied to work for and unfortunately, this place is not the one you should turn to.
